- Recovery: ARRA Envelope Improvements Modification PS05- IMO00090 RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The procurement is being made under the CMc IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contract for the geographic area of St. Louis Metro area including the Cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri. The Federal Service Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. The subject project was awarded to Hof Construction in the amount of $10,266,403.00 on March 17, 2009. The work is to be performed at the following: Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce St. Louis, MO. 63103. The work to be delivered under this Modification PS05 includes, but is not limited to: Provide for construction services to improve the Robert A. Young façade in accordance with the 2009 Façade Study. This includes window replacement, masonry enforcement and other Envelope Improvements to the exterior of the structure.
