- The USDA-ARS, SJVASC, Parlier, CA has a sole source requirement for replacement canisters of navel orangeworm pheromone. the requirement calls for 1030 ea. canisters w/ 4 ea d cell batteries. The only known source for this requirement is Suterra, LLC of Bend, Oregon. Since this is a continuing experiment, no other navel worm pheromone will be accepted. Primary storage site will be Fresno, CA. the canisters will then be distributed throughout various study plots in Mendota, CA and around Fresno county. See numbered note 22.
