- RFQ for Transitional Housing Services for Federal Defendants and Offenders in the Central Los Angeles (Downtown and West Side) area. The United States Probation Office, Central District of California, intends to procure transitional housing services for Federal defendants/offenders, using competitive purchase orders, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3154 and 3672, the Second Chance Act (Public Law No. 110-119) and the Judicial Administration and Technical Amendments Act of 2008 (Public Law No. 110-406). A contract or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) may be awarded to provide transitional/reentry services for Federal defendants/offenders supervised by the US Probation Office. A fixed price award from this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be made based on lowest-priced, technically-acceptable offer. Prospective vendors shall provide transitional housing services to Federal defendants/offenders, including narcotic and sex offenders. The vendor shall provide these services as outlined in the RFQ. The period of performance shall be February 1 through September 30, 2011.
