Description
CDRL9 CDRL4 CDRL3 CDRL2 CDRL A001 Purchase Specifications RFI Questionaire This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis/RFI for non-personal services. The Government is neither negotiating nor calling for offers at this time. No solicitation is being issued at this time; while a formal solicitation may be issued at a later date, this notice does not commit the government to ultimately award a contract. This announcement is an expression of interest only and does not commit the Government to pay for any response or preparation cost. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this sources sought synopsis. Submission of information will be reproduced and submitted to the 309th Missile Maintenance Group program office for review and will be used to develop the acquisition strategy and possibly a Request for Quotation. Market Research is being conducted to seek qualified contractors with the skills, knowledge, and resources required to complete this effort. The following information is provided to identify potential providers with capabilities to provide services in support of 309th Missile Maintenance Group, which require contractor support to design and perform requirements for the replacement of two Vibration Test Systems (VTS) at Hill AFB. Contractor requirement is to provide for two test systems with the option of a third system.; specifically 2 controllers, 2 shakers, 2 amplifiers, 2 slip tables, and 2 of all accessories and cooling systems, with the option of an additional component of each. The VTS shall be new and one of the manufacturer's current production models. A current production model is defined as the manufacturer's current product, which on the date this solicitation is issued has been designed, engineered, sold or is being offered for sale through advertisements or manufacturer's published catalogs or brochures. The attachments provide additional information and specifications to assist with your response.
