- This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order to Zodiac Data Systems for the purpose of providing EM05005213A RMMD64 - RMMD for VS 1500 64 GB Capacity. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23rd Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole-source procurement to Zodiac Data Systems for purchase. All inquiries on this action can be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by facsimile (229 257-3547) or email to the POCs: lil.belin@moody.af.mil; roberto.guerra@moody.af.mil, NO LATER THAN 6 FEB 11 @ 5:00 P.M. This is NOT a request for Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
