- A Non-Commercial Solicitation will be issued for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), for a "Fan, Vaneaxial" in accordance with the Technical Data Package under NSN 4140-01-308-5236. The Contract shall have a base term of two (2) years with three (3), one (1) year Options. All deliveries are to be FOB Destination to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis (small business set-asides do not apply for this acquisition). Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The solicitation will include Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions. NOTE: Please reference solicitation number SPM8E6-10-R-0013. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the Business System Modernization - DLA Internet Bid Board System, the DIBBS website, after the solicitation opening date at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Search RFP/IFBs" from the main window tool bar. Then search by the Solicitation number you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. The following is additional information: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. After solicitation opening date, copies of the solicitation will be available on the DIBBS website.
