- END ITEM APPLICATION: 39A- MISSLE, PATRIOT; PR No: 0040377599. This solicitation will contain one NSN - 5365-01-333-9929 for a Spacer, Plate. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 364 each. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% HUB-ZONE Set-Aside, using full and open competition after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery: 150 days ARO. This is a 1G item, in accordance with drawing number 18876 10250468. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about February 15, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
