- RFQ CGC VENTUROUS EDD Drawings FY11 Past Performance Questionnaire Specification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for EMERGENCY DRYDOCK REPAIRS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG80-11-Q-P45X57 and is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-47. This request for quotations is a Full and Open Competition procurement. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000 for definitive items. The NAICS code is 336611 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is for the procurement of emergency drydock repairs including eight (8) work items/CLINS. The performance period is from 07 Feb 2011 through 01 Mar 2011. The vendor is required to provide the listed items as follows: Please see Attachment for Specification ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: The contract is expected to be awarded on or about 04 Feb 2011. The award will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Vendors should include warranty terms and conditions with their quote. Faxed, mailed and e-mailed quotes will be accepted. Faxed quotes may be sent to (757) 628-4562 and e-mailed quotes may be sent to Mable Lee at mable.l.lee@uscg.mil. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes. All offers to this RFQ must respond no later than 03 February 2011 @ 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this combined synopsis/solicitation and are incorporated by reference. 52.212-1 -- INSTRUCTION TO OFFERS -- COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JUN 2008) 52.212-2-- EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government anticipates awarding one firm fixed price purchase order for this service.
