Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a contract based on an unusual and compelling urgency in accordance to FAR 6.302-2. The EEO Program under the Director's Office at the Providence VA Medical Center requires the services of a Court/Stenographer Reporter for the EEOC scheduled hearing on 2/1/11 through 2/2/11. Under statue 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(2) the Providence VA Medical Center intends to make the award of this of this requirement to National Court Reporters, Inc., 16600 Sprague Road, Suite 170, Cleveland, OH 44130, DUNS 362890548, WOSB. The proposed contract action is for the services of a certified Court/Stenographer Reporter required for the EEOC Hearing on 2/1/11 - 2/2/11.
