Description

The government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price and to solicit and negociate the proposed purchase order of a sole source basis with Vitech Coorporation for the line items listed below. Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR Part 52.219-6. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 04 Feb 2011 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
