- ATTACHMENT B_LIST OF HUB SITES ATTACHMENT A_LIST OF VEHICLES The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking sources for the possibility of a future contract to fulfill a requirement for vehicle maintenance services. In the contemplated contract, the Contractor shall perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to Government-owned vehicles. In so doing, the Contractor shall provide all material, tools, equipment necessary (unless specified as government furnished property). The vehicles encompass the response equipment provided during a declared emergency within the United States, its territories, or possessions. The Contractor may be required to provide such services in undeclared emergencies. Please see "Attachment A" for a listing of Government-owned used in daily operations. The vehicle maintenance and repair services to be provided by the Contractor are as follows: -HUB Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Hub vehicle maintenance and repair services are defined as a set of controls to measure contractor performance and ensure that FEMA's fleet of operational vehicles (approximately 1,000) is maintained to the desired level in support of FEMA operations. The Contractor is responsible for providing all the personnel, management, and expertise to perform the requirement at the designated FEMA location during normal and adverse conditions; potentially 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. -Mobile Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Mobile vehicle maintenance services are defined as a set of controls to measure contractor performance and ensure that FEMA's fleet of operational vehicles (approximately 1,000) is maintained to the desired level in support of FEMA operations within a 500-mile radius of the designated FEMA location. The Contractor may be responsible for providing all the personnel, management, expertise, and support vehicles to perform mobile maintenance and repair during normal and adverse conditions; potentially 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Mobile vehicle maintenance and repair also includes sites to where the vehicles are deployed, i.e. staging areas, temporary areas, and/or disaster areas not necessarily within 500-miles of the hub. This request is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that the Government will issue a procurement action. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as the result of the submission of a contractor's information. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for proprietary information not properly identified. The Government will safeguard proprietary information in accordance with applicable Government regulations.
