- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Redding, California The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,300 rentable sq. ft in Redding, California within the following delineated area: - Redding, CA City limits (above the Sacramento River floodplain) The space should yield between 4,615 to 5,076 BOMA usable sq. ft. Dedicated parking is required for two (2) vehicles. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 01, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
