- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Crane Naval Surface Warefare Center, Crane, IN has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) in which delivery orders will be placed for a minimum order of 50 each of, PN, 8348012, maximum order of 600 each. Period of performance for this IDIQ is for 3 years, commencing on date of award. The Flexible Circuits shall be made in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 8348012 and the statement of work. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at www.ccr.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN SOLE SOURCED TO: Starflex Inc., 52 Meadowcroft St., Lowell, MA 01852. The basis for restricting competition is that no other substitute will satisfy the Governments requirements in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-11-T-0069 http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting/default.aspx. is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
