Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division, 100 Bureau Drive, Building 301, Room B129, Mail Stop 1640, Gaithersburg, MD, 20899-1640, UNITED STATES The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1), with Princeton Cryotech, Inc., P.O. Box 475, Whitehouse, NJ 08888-0475, for the requirement of relocating/Installation of Nitrogren Fills Stations as specified: Service and Maintenance of all cryogenic fill systems must be maintained by the Princeton Cryotech in order to maintain interchangeable repair parts to avoid liability issues if the system fails and dumps the bulk storage tank. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed- price purchase order. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition.
