Description

NAS-JRB NEW ORLEANS SEWER SYSTEM COLLECTION AND TREATMENT The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast, Jacksonville, FL, intends to award a contract to one source (Plaquemines Parish Government) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 and 40 U.S.C. 113(e)(3) which authorizes the Department of Defense to acquire utility services for military facilities. This contract is for sewer collection/treatment services in support of Naval Air Station “ Joint Reserve Base, New Orleans, LA. Interested sewer collection service providers may identify their interest and ability to meet the requirements stated herein and may submit their corporate capabilities for consideration. The submission must include the NAICS code and Cage Code. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Responses to this posting must be submitted to tia.scott@navy.mil in PDF format no later than 22 February 2011.
