- The purpose of this amendment is to reflect a change in the orginal market survey's second sentence to delete the sentence "The device is required to wrap around the supressor of the M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System (SASS) and XM2010 (M24 upgrade) weapon system" and add the sentence "The deveice is required to wrap around the supressor of the M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System (SASS)which has the following demensions: length 14.125", body diameter 1.375", horseshoe clamp diameter 1.55"".
