Sydney and Lamont St. Mt. Home, TN 37684 AGENCY: Department of Veterans Affairs POC: Hollie Dickey 615-225-3427 mailto:hollie.dickey@va.gov DESCRIPTION: The Mt. Home Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to sole source this procurement to Grason Stadler to provide a sound booth to the Knoxville, TN outpatient clinic. The IAC 120a special sound enclosure with outside dimensions of 12 4 x 9 10 with upgrade to 36 STC-64 single leaf door is the only booth the is UL listed with a 5 thick door that swings out that also has LED lighting and meets VA specifications. This procurement in being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-Only on responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS 334510, size standard 500 employees applies to this procurement. This notice of intent in not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the contracting officer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to the contracting officer, Hollie Dickey 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400 Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses received by COB February 8, 2011 the Mt. Home Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed to sole source this requirement to Grason Stadler.
