Description
ACTION CODE: Modification to a Previous Notice This action was originally published in the FedBizOpps dated 28 Jul 2010 and amended 13 Sep 2010, 06 Oct 2010, 09 Dec 2010 and 24 JAN 2011. The following paragraphs are changed as follows: Delete: In the course of performance, the contractor will interface with various DoD and Government agencies through visits and electronic means, and technical visits that will take place at various sites. Anticipated deliverables include software, hardware, and technical documentation. A multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity cost-plus-fixed-fee (completion) type contract is contemplated with an ordering period of 60 months. The maximum contemplated ordering amount is anticipated to be approximately $480,000,000.00. Replace: In the course of performance, the contractor will interface with various DoD and Government agencies through visits and electronic means, and technical visits that will take place at various sites. Anticipated deliverables include software, hardware, and technical documentation. A multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract is contemplated, with an ordering period of 60 months. The contract will contain both firm-fixed price and cost-plus fixed fee (completion) clauses. The maximum contemplated ordering amount is anticipated to be approximately $300,000,000.00.
