Description

SPECIAL NOTICE RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification, under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Contract Number GS-05P-09-GB-C-0027, to Ryan Companies US, Inc. for the modernization of the Bishop H. Whipple (Whipple) Federal Building, located in Ft. Snelling, Minnesota. The purpose of this modification, which is in the amount of $10,230,044.00, is to provide labor, material and equipment required to consolidate the remaining tenant in the building. The tenant will remain in the Whipple Federal Building during the entire duration of the construction project.
