Description
J&A for Aeroscout Brand Name Solicitation - Approved by the contracting officer and Chief of the Contracting Office, DMAFB. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-11-Q-0160 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49, Defense Circular 20110120, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-1027. (iv) This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 334220 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. (v) The requested items are being purchased for the 309th AMARG on Davis-Monthan AFB. The contractor shall provide the following: Aeroscout GPS/WiFi T-6 RTLS Tags - Qty: 800 ea Each T-6 Tag shall include 2XD size lithium batteries In your quote, please include the following: Shipping costs and tax included in line item price. We will not have a separate CLIN for shipping and taxes. Delivery schedule: ex. "2 Weeks after receipt of order" Discount terms: ex. "NET 30" or "5% 20 days" Any other terms and conditions. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price.
