- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The is a request for conference rooms with audiovisual suppot. The period of performance is 8 - 13 May 2011 in Wroclaw, Poland. The hotel must be able to accommodate up to 90 single rooms and meet all requirements stated in the statement of work.
