Sources Sought Notice ENTERPRISE SENIOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR'S (ESITA) CONTRACT SUPPORT Formerly Known as ASETA (Dated: 2 February 2011) Description: This serves as a Sources Sought notice to conduct an industry exchange with interested parties capable of providing technical and advisory support services to senior level organizations within the Information Technology Directorate at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This requirement covers all aspects of the DS IT Enterprise from planning and developing to execution, and includes Program and Project Management, Mission and Customer Support, Enterprise Management, and Cyber Security and Information Assurance. The services will supplement tasks that cannot be performed by any of the awardees holding Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) contracts. Due to conflict of interests, SITE vendors are excluded from this opportunity. This effort will be limited to Small Businesses (SB). To be considered for award, potential sources must have a Top Secret facility clearance. The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to hold an Industry Day/Vendor's Conference on 15 February 2011 at 0830 hrs in the Tighe Auditorium; see our attached RSVP details. Prospective vendors are limited to sending three (3) representatives to this exchange and must provide a list of attendees by COB 08 February 2011. via electronic mail to Shantavia O'Bryant at Shantavia.O'Bryant@dia.mil and Alison Minish at Alison.Minish@dia.mil. Please see attached instructions. Also, please note that parking around the facility is very limited. Please plan your arrival so that it allows enough time to gain access to the base, find parking and be seated in the auditorium prior to 0830 hrs; the conference will start on time, and will not be delayed due to late arrivals. Please see attached instructions. A draft Statement of Work will be posted before the day of the Industry Exchange. Please check the Federal Business Opportunities website for updates.
