Description
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Program Executive Office - Mission Assurance/ (PEO-MA), is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market research to determine sources with competencies to promote information assurance by supporting the PEO-MA IA3 Program Office with a High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE) Peer Discovery (HPD) capability. HAIPE(r) Peer Discovery Service (HPD) is intended to provide the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) a means for HAIPE devices to automatically and dynamically to determine remote routing endpoints. The intent is to securely automate address resolution among the network of HAIPE devices so that routing of plain text traffic through a cypher text core occurs seamlessly and securely. This capability is to be implemented is to work with HAIPE devices that are compliant with the HAIPE Interoperability Specification (IS) 3.1 compliant or newer. The implementation is being planned for the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet). HPD would replace a manual means of configuring HAIPEs and routers on the SIPRNet. Due to the sensitive nature of this requirement - interested parties are required to sign the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and send to Stephanie.mitchell@disa.mil. After receipt of the NDA the program office will forward a copy of Request for Information (RFI). All questions should be submitted in writing to stephanie.mitchell@disa.mil no later than 18 Feb 2011 at 5:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Final responses to the RFI are due 09 Mar 2011 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
