Description

The Contractor shall provide all the supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials and transportation necessary to provide Turf Maintenance and Lawn Care at the Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Ave., Baltimore, MD and satellite cemeteries located at Annapolis, Loudon Park, Point Lookout, and Congressional Government Lot. The contract period is from receipt of notice of award to September 30, 2011 with four (4) one-year options to renew the term of the contract. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561730 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about February 18, 2011. All questions should be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by March 7, 2011. All requests for printed copies of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. No telephone requests will be accepted.
