Description
FBO information for R-PHI-01121 HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure a contractor to perform all required services for Warehousing and Moving Services in support of the Robert C. Weaver Building located at 451 Seventh Street SW, Washington DC. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 484210 and the size standard is $25.5 million. Proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria as set forth in the solicitation package which will consist of both technical factors and price in anticipation of a Best Value award process. The resulting contract, if awarded, will be a firm fixed-price contract with indefinite quantity provisions for the provision of additional services. The contract will be for a one year base period with four one year option periods, and the total value including Options will be used in the price evaluation. The Contractor shall provide shipping, receiving, and warehouse services in the Robert C. Weaver Federal Building. In addition the contractor will provide moving and relocation services within the Weaver Building and also to and from and within HUD satellite offices in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area in support of approximately 4,000 personnel. Services shall also include making minor repairs and adjustments to case good furniture, and assembly and disassembly of systems furniture workstations. The contractor will also provide service for rearrangement of office furniture or incidentals such as wall hangings and draperies as well as set up and dismantling of equipment, displays and furniture and similar labor support for special events as directed by the Government Technical Manager. The solicitation will be available for download on or after February 18, 2011 directly from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov which is where this notice was published.
