Description: The US Fish & Wildlife Service, Hagerman National Fish Hatchery (NFH), requires abatement and remediation of a concrete retaining wall that contains lead and PCB contaminated paint. The previously RFQ# F11PS00297 was cancelled. Any contractors that have submitted bids under this RFQ F11PS00297 are welcome to re-submit a new bid under New RFQ #. New RFQ # is: F11PS00362. All work will be done on one concrete wall at Hagerman NFH located at 3059-D National Fish Hatchery Road, Hagerman, Idaho. Gooding County - Idaho. Contractor's personnel shall be trained in the use of lead-safe work practices and follow OSHA's Lead in Construction Rule, 29 CFR 1926.62. Contractor will provide all labor, material, and equipment to clean and prepare all surfaces for painting and the applicaiton of paint. See attached Statement of Work on RFQ F11PS00362for full details. Attachments are provided on the RFQ F11PS00297of SOW, pictures, and Davis Bacon Wages for Gooding County.
