Description

This is a small purchase buy for NSN: 4730-01-257-2872. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturers are Goodrich (CAGE: 17576) P/N: 2007021-1. This solicitation opens on 02/04/11 and closes on 03/04/11. This requirement is for a quantity of 156 each. Proposed procurement does not contain an option for increased quantities. The Government's requested delivery time is 364 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested are destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOps on its issue date of 02/04/11. See Notes 12, 22, and 26. 10.
