- Dining & Lodging Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Note: Please see attachments to view this combined synopsis/solicitation in its entirety. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-11-Q-PHMM49 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). HSCG80-11-Q-PHMM49 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-48. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 721110 is $7.0 million. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about March 4, 2011. The government intends to award from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the best value. The period of performance is sixty-six calendar days and as follows: • USCGC OCRACOKE- 04/13/2011 thru 06/17/2011 • USCGC NANTUCKET- 07/06/2011 thru 09/09/2011 • USCGC KNIGHT ISLAND- 09/28/2011 thru 12/02/2011 Refer questions to Tomeka Evans, Contract Specialist at (757) 628-4666 or Tomeka.Evans@uscg.mil. Quotes must arrive no later than 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) February 25, 2011. Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23510. E-mailed and Faxed quotations will be accepted and are subject to the same rules as paper quotations.
