- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Milk, Dairy and Ice Cream items for DoD and non-DoD customers in Southern Texas. Major areas of delivery points include: - Lackland AFB, Kelly AFB, Randolph AFB, Fort Sam Houston - Laughlin AFB - Galveston - Port Isabel - Laredo These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Milk and Dairy items with ordering period expected to begin on Sunday, May 22, 2011 and end on Saturday, May 18, 2013. The resultant contract will have a guaranteed minimum of 25% and maximum of 150% of the actual award value. Prices are fixed with Economic Price Adjustments for Class I fluid milk items (Clause 52.216-9032), and Firm Fixed for all other items. The delivery points in San Antonio and Houston vicinities require indefinite quantities of Ice Cream items with ordering period to begin on Sunday, October 9, 2011 and end on Saturday, May 18, 2013. The resultant contract will also have a guaranteed minimum of 25% and maximum of 150% of the actual award value. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA TROOP SUPPORT. The solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 - Test Program for Commercial Items. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date is Feb 16, 2011.
