Description
End Item Application: FMF, - AIRCRAFT B-2 BOMBER, NSN: 4920-01-462-4675. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Hot Bonder-Controller. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply, Heatcon Composite Systems Inc, CAGE: 0ED96, Part Number HCS9200-FL. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 12 each, Option Year EAD: 12 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 192 days ARO. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about February 22, 2011. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror's product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
