- The Government intends to award a sole source fixed price incentive firm target (FPIF) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to Oshkosh Corporation (OSK), Oshkosh, Wisconsin 2307 Oregon Street, Oshkosh, WI to procure up to 1,258 Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) variants, MTVR armor systems, retrofit kits, engineering and logistics services, data support and armor installation efforts over a five year period. The contractor will also prepare and implement safety and protection design changes identified by the Marine Corps, as necessary. This procurement supports acquisition of systems previously developed, tested, and produced by OSK and is a follow-on requirement to contract M67854-04-D-5016. As the MTVR developer and sole producer, Oshkosh alone has the unique specific knowledge of the system design necessary to satisfy the USMC requirement. To date, the Marine Corps and Navy have procured 11,001 MTVR vehicles. It is anticipated that the resultant contract award will have a period of performance of 60 months (one year base period with four option periods). There is no technical data package available. This is not a request for proposals.
