- Form 158 Packing Requirements Vendor Packing Instructions- Form 158 Word Doc Panel Monitor Solicitation The WRALC/GRUKB has a requirement to procure (9) nine each Panel Monitor replenishment spares applicable to Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) Compliant Master Warning Panel (MWP) assemblies in support of the HH-60G helicopter. Item 0001 NSN: 5895-01-559-4680 GC, P/N: 843951-4. Authority: 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a requirement for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No technical data is available. Destination is to Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Central Receiving, 455 Byron Street, Robins AFB, GA, 31098. Delivery: June 2011. Only newly manufactured material will be considered.
