- G-Community-Based Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Marion, Illinois The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. The contractors will provide services within a 20 mile radius of the Williamson County Courthouse, 200 W. Jefferson St., Marion, Illinois 62959. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on October 1, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2016. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, and Option Year Three respectively. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. The requirements for Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment and Mental Health Services for male and female Federal offenders include: Base Year: Estimated number of inmates = 35 Intake Assessments and Report (one per inmate) for 25 inmates = 25 assessments Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) for 25 inmates = 1200 units Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) for 25 inmates = 1800 units Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 16 units (per inmate) for 4 inmates = 64 units Mental Health Intake and Assessment (one per inmate) for 10 inmates = 10 units Medication Monitoring (1 units per inmate) for 5 inmates = 5 monitoring units Individual Mental Health Counseling (30 minutes =1 unit) 48 units per inmate for10 Report (1 report per inmate) for 4 inmates = 4 units The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) most recent Statement of Work, dated June 2010. The request for quote will be available on or after February 16, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about March 8, 2011. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
