- The Fleet Industrial and Supply Center Jacksonville, FL is currently seeking small business contractors for Solicitation Number N68836-11-R-0010 to obtain contractor support for the Navy ™s SH-60, Cobra, AH-1 and UH1N helicopters, Army UH-60, AH-64 and other aircraft and component programs, the contractor shall be required to provide preventative maintenance (PM) and general maintenance and repair (M&R) of buildings, installed equipment, refrigeration units, heating/ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for the U.S. Army Depot, Corpus Christi, TX (CCAD). Task involves a mix of management, supervisory, and maintenance skills, to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and regular and unscheduled maintenance and repair of CCAD facilities, equipment, and components. Task also requires clerical support to manage files and input of eFEMS data. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and competition will be limited to qualified small businesses only. The NAICS classification code for this procurement is 561210. The FSC code is Z159. The small business size standard is $35.5M. The anticipated award from this action will be a Firm Fixed price contract. SITE VISIT: The clauses at 52.237-1 SITE VISIT (APR 1984), will be included in the solicitation. Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. The point of contact for this site visit, with instructions will be in the solicitation. NOTE: THE GOVERNMENT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SCHEDULE ONLY ONE SITE VISIT FOR THIS SOLICITATION. Additional requests for site visits will not be entertained. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, 23 February 2011. All interested parties must complete the attached MAC request form and submit one week prior to site visit. The successful offeror must be currently registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, with a valid DUNS number, prior to contract award. Offerors not already registered in the CCR database are highly encouraged to do so by calling 1 (888) 227-2423, or via internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Failure to register in the DOD CCR database may render the successful offeror ineligible for award. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about February 17, 2011 at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. The basis of award will be lowest price technically acceptable offer.
