Description
Wanted to Lease by USDA The US Department of Agriculture in Lake Charles, Louisiana is interested in leasing up to 5,130 rentable square feet of space and 45 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 4,500 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 5,130 usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, the office location must be within the following delineated area: West Side Interstate 10 / Hwy 14 intersection south to McNeese Street, west to South Park Drive, South on South Park Drive intersecting with Red Davis RD. South Side Intersection of South Park Drive and Red Davis RD east until intersection with HWY 14, east on HWY 14 until the intersection with HWY 397. East Side Intersection of HWY 14 and HWY 397 north to Interstate 10. North Side Intersection of HWY 397 and Interstate 10 west until the intersection of Interstate 10 and HWY 14. The lease term will be for a 10-year term and occupancy is required by January 1, 2012.
