- Contractor is to provide Produce and Meat Department signage to the Defense Commissary Agency commissaries at locations worldwide. The RFP will be released on or about 17 February 2011 with a closing date of 17 March 2011, 4:00 PM local time. This RFP will be issued on a small business set-aside basis.
