- Solicitation SP0600-11-R-0201 is for the procurement of fuel for ships' bunkers at various ports in PACOM. Fuels are Marine Gas Oil, NSN: 9140-01-417-6843, Intermediate Fuel Oil 180, NSN: 9141-01-417-6645, and Intermediate Fuel Oil 380, NSN:9140-01-417-6632. The total estimated quantity is 391,064 Metric Tons (MT) of Marine Gas Oil; 61,210 MT of Intermediate fuel Oil 180; and 24,000 MT of Intermediate Fuel oil 380. Fuel is to be delivered as ships' bunkers into U. S. vessels for DoD and Federal Civilian agencies by barge, truck, or pipeline. Ordering period is October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2016. Delivery period is October 1, 2011 through October 31, 2016. These are Requirements-Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Contracts. E-mail and facsimile offers are acceptable. INT-I209.09 EXTENSION PROVISIONS (DLA ENERGY JUL 2009) The Government shall have the right to extend this contract on the same terms and conditions one or more times for a total of no more than six months. Notice of contract extension will be furnished to the Contractor not later than 30 days prior to expiration of the contract ordering period or any extension thereof. Nothing in this clause precludes the Contractor from agreeing to an extension of the contract if the DLA ENERGY Contracting Officer fails to issue the notice prior to 30 days before the end of the ordering period.
