Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Veterans' Affairs, James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital (JAHVH) located in Tampa, FL, intends to solicit and negotiate a full service maintenance contract to GRIFOLS USA LLC. This contract includes all labor, materials and parts for the Triturus EIA Automated Analyzer on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is set-aside for 100 percent Small Business. The Triturus Automated Analyzer is used to process Elisa tests in the microtitration plates and validation of the test and the following sending of the values to the main frame. This requirement will be classified under NAICS code 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees. No solicitation document is available.
