Department Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Out-Patient Pharmacy (CMOP) Hines, Illinois VA-797M-11-RQ-0087 posting FedBizOps for Pharmaceutical Supplies. RFQ is 22 line items - NDC numbers Listed Alternate NDC# can be provide by contractor Non-designated Countries not accepted: IE - Chine, Croatia, India VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT HEY HAVE IN STOCK OR ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO GET THE PRODUCT IN TIME FOR DELIVERY TO CMOP. CMOP PREFERS NO SUBSTITUTES FOR INDICATED NDC'S, HOWEVER WE WILL CONSIDER SUBS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, IF A REQUESTED NDC IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM ANY SOURCE.
