Description

This announcement is to direct interested parties to a solicitation for Bulk Fuel delivery to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP). The CVNP covers over 33,000 acres in Northeastern Ohio. The solicitation and any amendments can be found at the DOI National Business Center at http://ideasec.nbc.gov, or by clicking on the links located on this page. For questions concerning the DOI site, please call the help desk at (703)390-6633. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a multiyear procurement for 87 Octane/Diesel fuel delivery, NAICS Code: 424720, Size Standard: 100 employees. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Government intends to make a single award. To be considered for award, your company must have a DUNs number and be registered on-line at the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) under NAICS code 562111 @ https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/. You must also provide your company status information under NAICS code 562111 at the On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) website @ https://orca.bpn.gov, or via the RFQ attachments. Your on-line ORCA registration will cover any/all of your offers to the Federal Government, and only needs updated annually. Please complete the SF Form 1449 as instructed in Section L. All amendments must also be read, signed and returned via fax or email by the date specified in this announcement.
