- Replace 3.2.3 with: Truck bed size requirements, as a minimum, One 3 ton 196" length and 82" width...following body additions: Electric full rear tailgate loader with maximum tail lift capacity for 1 ½ ton truck.....The Government can accept diesel emission environmental friendly trucks. 3.5 License Plates. The Contractor shall provide and install two white (Japanese standard sized) license plates per vehicle. Technical Exhibit 1, DoDEA License Plates. 3.5.1 The Contractor shall replace defective and/or worn license plates at no expense to the Government.
