Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network VISN 23 Contracting Office, Minneapolis, MN seeks sources for acquisition of an enterprise 3D visualization system. The Government anticipates solicitation for commercial supplies and services. Any system considered must be designed to integrate with the existing VISN 23 BRIT PACS system and VISTA CPRS systems. It will create three-dimensional images using radiology scan data including CT and MRI. The system will allow access to the computed three-dimensional images from across a multi-state region and multiple patient care locations. The services contemplated include complete system specification, installation, implementation, network configuration, technician training, end-user training and ongoing technical and end-user support. The Government anticipates award for the supplies and services required to implement a fully functional system in year one, with four (4) option years for ongoing system maintenance and support. This Sources Sought notice will be followed by a pre-solicitation notice and solicitation. Contractors interested in this opportunity are requested to respond to this sources sought notice via email to Contracting Specialist Michael Reed: michael.reed1@va.gov. Deadline for responses to this sources sought notice is Monday, February 14, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. (CDT).
