- The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center has a requirement for various food items for Smoke Jumper Food Kits, this consists of canned goods, single serving, and individually packaged foods. Firm, fixed-price offers shall be requested under Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. L11PS00157 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation package will be posted on or about February 11, 2011, thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://www.fedconnect.net. This is a total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 424410, General Line Grocery Merchant Wholesalers, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees.
