- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 758 rentable square feet of space and 7 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Department of Homeland Security - Transportation Security Administration. the lease has been awarded to the Bert Mooney Airport Authority in Butte, MT. Commencing January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2021, the US Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $12,705.00 for a fully serviced lease. Said rent shall consist of shell, operating, and taxes. The lease terms are set as 10 years, 5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after December 31, 2016. with 90 days written notice.
