- It is the intent of the Western Area Power Administration, UpperGreat PlainsRegion, to issue an order on a non-competitive basis for software upgradesandmaintenance. Specifically, ITRON Inc. of Liberty Lake WA, is thedeveloper/manufacturer of the software requiring maintenance and upgrades.Noother source is known to provide upgrades and maintenance to this installed software. Sources in a position to provide maintenance and upgrades to Itron'sMV-90xisoftware may contact the Contracting Officer identified in this notice, and provide information on their ability to perform this requirement.
