- The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for 75,900 each M106 Grenade Fuzes in accordance with TDP 13-10-82 dtd 20 Jan 10. Package contains resticted drawings which requires US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) participation in order to release Distribution D and X Statement drawings. JCP participation may be initiated by visiting http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Additionally, non-disclosure statement must be received from prospective contractor prior to releasing drawing 13021905 dtd 1 Feb 10. Delivery FOB destination Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 325920 is applicable. Acquisition is a full and open competition procurement. Request for Proposal No. W911RP-11-R-0016 will be posted to ASFI/Fedbizopps. The TDP will not be posted to the website. TDP packages may be requested from the POC listed below by including a copy of the non-disclosure statement referenced above and proof of JCP certification with request. All proposals must be mailed or hand delivered. No electronic bids will be accepted. Request for Proposal issue date on or after Feb 22, 2011 with an opening date at least 30 days after issue. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
