- Description
- This project shall consist of designing and constructing the improvements that shall incorporate the general layout in the concept drawing. The design portion of the project will cover those elements that need design drawings to allow for architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications engineering. It will also include the layout and details for the kitchen area. Design review and approval will be required prior to proceeding to the construction phase. The construction portion will cover all the necessary improvements shown on the approved drawings and any support work to complete the project. 3.The new building shall be a metal building with a standing seam roof similar to the other building within the complex. Finishes (color locked and not just applied to the surface) on the metal shall have a warranty providing a high quality of utility.
