- Reclamation has a requirement for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the following time period: APRIL 1, 2011 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2016 Base Year: April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012Option Year 1: April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013Option Year 2: April 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014Option Year 3: April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015Option Year 4: April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016 Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office requires: PROVIDE MATERIALS LABORATORY TESTING FOR A NUMBER OF SOIL AND ROCK SAMPLES FROM DRILL, AUGER, AND TEST PIT INVESTIGATIONS. This document constitutes Reclamation's Request for Quotations. Quotes are due February 14, 2011 at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. SINCE THE EXACT TYPES AND QUANTITIES OF SERVICES CAN NOT BE KNOWN IN ADVANCE it is required that the contractor submit pricing for all types of services described in the preceding paragraph. Contractors shall quote their hourly labor rate(s), if applicable. The purpose of this announcement is to seek interested sources. This announcement constitutes Reclamation's Request for Quotations. If you would like to be considered for a BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) please send pricing for items/services listed in the first paragraph. The award will be for unrestricted competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541380. The suspense date/time to respond to this announcement is February 14, 2011 at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and the Online Representations and Certifications Application to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov and www.orca.bpn.gov respectively. You will need your Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information. Your Duns and Bradstreet number shall be submitted as part of your quotation. All responsible sources may submit pricing which, if received timely, shall be considered.
