- SPM7M2-11-R-0016 Load Cell Assembly The proposed procurement is for NSN 1710-01-225-4556, Load Cell Assembly, source controlled item, made I/AW Navy drawings NR 16236 CN-01-225-4556, NR 80020 6530C124, and NR 80020 6546D135. Approved manufacturer is Cage 36634, Indal Technologies part number 6546D135-1. Contract type is firm-fixed price for a quantity of 54 each. Items are to be shipped to DLA Stock Locations, New Cumberland, PA and Tracy CA. Requested delivery is 420 days, FOB Destination. The drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains and quantity range breaks from 1 each to 108 each. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network.
