Description
SPM7M2-11-R-0016 Load Cell Assembly The proposed procurement is for NSN 1710-01-225-4556, Load Cell Assembly, source controlled item, made I/AW Navy drawings NR 16236 CN-01-225-4556, NR 80020 6530C124, and NR 80020 6546D135. Approved manufacturer is Cage 36634, Indal Technologies part number 6546D135-1. Contract type is firm-fixed price for a quantity of 54 each. Items are to be shipped to DLA Stock Locations, New Cumberland, PA and Tracy CA. Requested delivery is 420 days, FOB Destination. The drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains and quantity range breaks from 1 each to 108 each. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The following applies: The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations.
