- NCCC Pacific Region Campus Templete Corporation for National and Community Services (CNCS) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Sacramento Delineated Area: N - Howsley Road from Highway 70/99 becoming Sunset Blvd West to Highway 65 E - Highway 65 to I 80 to Sunrise Blvd to Florin Road S - Florin Road from I 5 to Sunrise Blvd W - Highway 70/99 south to I 5 south to Florin Road Minimum Sq Ft (ABOA): 90,000 Maximum Sq Ft (ABOA): 90,000 Space Type: Office, Residential, Multifunctional and Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 275 Parking Spaces (Structured): 275 Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 1 Year Option Term: Four (4) option years Additional Requirements: 1) Trash Pickup 2) Electricity 3) Water 4) Major Maintenance 5) Janitorial Services 6) Sewage 7) Security The space is for the NCCC Pacific Region Campus Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
